Co-founders Michelle Newman and Catherine Gillet began Shakespeare & Friends in summer of 2019 with a shared love of theater. Since then, we’ve produced more than a dozen shows, become a 501 (c) 3 organization, weathered a pandemic and hurricane, and welcomed well over 100 people onstage and behind the scenes.
